Works,
Step 1 -
Browse

Before a
candidate
enters
our list
he goes
through
a full
intereview
evaluating
his
communication
skills,
leadership,
education,
team
role and
of
course
technical
skills.
This is
done by
one of
qualified
recruiters
which is
added to
our
pre-evaluation
test.
You will
be able
to see
the
results
beside
each
staff.
Other
information
includes
his
resume,
flexibility
of
hours.
Years of
experience
and
salary.
Step 2 -
Place a
special
request
If you
are not
able to
find
what you
looking
for,

the

where
you can
provide
us the
necessary
details
to find
a staff
to meets
your
needs.
We are
known to
take
approximately
one week
to find
the
right
person.
So you
don’t
have to
wait
long.

Step 3 -
Interview
Once you
pick or
we find
the
right
staff
for you,
we will
schedule
an
interview.
We
usually
tend to
do the
interview
through
a chat
program.
We are
also
happy to
do the
interview
through
skype,
but
there is
a
challenge
with
accents.
This is
the
appropriate
time see
if you
fit with
your
staff.
Step 4 -
Payment
Please
keep in
mind
that
until
this
stage
you are
not
being
charged
for
anything.
Once you
picked
your
staff we
provide
you with
a
payment
form and
then we
officially
get
started.
There is
no long
term
contract,
just
month by
month
charge.
We
calculate
the
month
based on
this
calculation:
$
(Hourly
salary)
x 21.5
(average
weekdays
per
month) x
8 (hours
per
working
day).
Step 5 -
Beginning
to work
All
staffs
will be
placed
in a
office
with a
proper
infrastructure
(generators
backup
broadband
providers)
to
maintain
a strong
uptime.
The
staff
has a
responsibility
to come
online
on the
agreed
shift,
and work
according
to your
standard
and
methods.
He will
be
available
throughout
the 8
hours
and fill
in a
report
of what
has been
accomplished.
If
requested
we can
also
have one
of
managers
to take
a look
at the
accomplished
work.
