Cost
Searching the database is absolutely free, there is no catch. You will not be charged until you finished with the interview. We will only charge you once you picked the right staff for you and ready to start working. We then provide you with a payment form which you fill in securely online. There is no long term contract, just month by month charge. We calculate the month based on this calculation: $ (Hourly salary) x 21.5 (average weekdays per month) x 8 (hours per working day).

If a programmer cost $5.25/hour
So it's
5.25x8 (hours per day) x 21.5 (average weekdays per month) = $903/month
