by north American/Western standards. We are headquartered in Montreal, Canada, and runs an operation out of few offices offshore
offices including Mumabi, Pune and Hyderabad
What we do
To simplify what we do, we are a combination of a temporary recruitment agency and remote facility. First, we hire a specialized staff
based on your needs. We take great precaution with our internal evaluators to make sure that the staffs that reach our clients
are highly qualified. Then we provide the appropriate facilities so the staff can work from our clients remotely. We will consult you
Our Philosophy
The reason why we have decided to start this operation because we discovered the standard outsource procedure does not follow lot of business standards. We have noticed that while there are many companies that choose to outsource their work with the intention of cutting cost, they do not favor the reduction of control of how their work is being done and how the product is being developed. When dealing with companies abroad there often huge communication problems. This usually leads to a big delay and products that were not build properly according to instructions.
It is our philosophy that professional companies need to have full control over the work, and at distant job we empower you with that control by giving you a full time remote staff, that will be working with you and communicating you on a 8 hours per day during the shift of your choice. There is no middle man and no one to limit your staff from doing exactly what you ask. He will be working by your instructions following your methods, just like a real employee.
